Refund Eligibility

A refund may be requested for a recent paid subscription that meets the conditions described below. Free trials, gift codes, and promotional credits are not refundable.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment. Requests made after this window are no longer eligible for an automatic refund.

Automatic Payments (Card / Wallet)

Payments made through automatic providers such as Stripe or PayPal can be refunded through the in-app refund button when eligible.

Bank Transfer Payments

Bank transfer payments are not refundable through the automatic refund button. Please contact support if you believe your case requires manual review.

Subscription Cancellation on Refund Request

When a refund is requested, the related subscription and access are cancelled immediately. You will not be able to use the paid features after the request is submitted.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically take 7 to 20 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider and bank.

Refund Amount

The final refundable amount is calculated by the platform according to its refund rules and the payment that was made. The exact figure is shown before you confirm the request.

Currency

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.

Failed Refund and Manual Resolution

If an automatic refund cannot be completed by the payment provider, our team may resolve the case manually. We will keep you informed of the outcome.

Affiliate Commissions on Refunded Payments

Affiliate commissions linked to a refunded payment are not made available for payout.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Refund abuse, fraudulent requests, or attempts to misuse the system may lead to refusal of the refund, account review, suspension, or a permanent ban.

How to Request a Refund

Go to your Billing page and use the refund request button when eligible. You will see the refundable amount and a confirmation step before the request is submitted.
