Student Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform for personal learning, follow instructions in exercises and exams honestly, and respect other users and staff.

Subscription and Access

Some features require an active paid subscription. Access is granted for the duration of the plan you purchase and ends when the plan expires or is cancelled.

Educational Content Usage

Lessons, exam materials, audio, texts, and exercises are provided for your personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish the content without written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You must not share or sell your account, scrape or download content in bulk, attempt to bypass security, cheat in exams, abuse the refund or affiliate systems, attack the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Account Suspension and Ban

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk. Where appropriate we will explain the reason.

Payments

Prices are shown on the pricing page in your selected currency. Payments are processed by the providers listed at checkout. Your subscription is activated once payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and software on Sprafo are owned by Sprafo or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Platform Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, or external incidents may cause temporary downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sprafo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

Changes to the Platform and Terms

We may update features, content, pricing, and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
